We, a team of Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Engineers after serving in the welding industry for a combined experience of nearly a decade, felt there was a dire need for ‘service’ in welding field, which fuelled us to start this company in the year 1992 with a focus on ‘ SERVICE’ . This accent led us to develop retrofit solutions to old welding machines.
Our initial entry into manufacturing was development of 1200 amps Sub-Merged Arc welding machine totally to suit Indian conditions, where the power is sluggish, working environment is harsh and demand on maximizing production was enormous. We successfully designed, developed and commissioned the first machine in a LPG Cylinder manufacturing factory in the year 1993. This obviously led us to good number of such machines in the LPG Cylinder manufacturing industry in total South India and few parts of Western India. Subsequently, out product range covered almost the full range of welding machines from Welding Transformers, DC Rectifiers, MIG/TIG Rectifiers, Sub-Merged Arc Welding Rectifiers of all capacities.
At once point of time, we were the contract manufacturer for L & T for their brand of welding machines. We also exposed to countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Sudan, UAE etc directly as well as through OEMS .
Keeping with the demands of times, we have forayed into the sunrise technology of inverters covering the entire range of welding machines. This technology gives the best efficiency and better power savings. We redesigned the architecture and PCDs of these Inverters to enhance the duty cycle to suit Indian climate and power conditions. In short, it was a perfect combination of latest technology with ruggedness which India demands.
At present, we have organically grown from Hyderabad to pan India. We have a vision to grow globally and with this in view, we have signed exclusive technology transfer and manufacturing agreement with Shanghai Hutong Enterprises Group Co. Ltd ( premier welding Machines Manufacturer of China ) .
